Présentation

The impassioned collector Egidio Marzona owns an almost complete « mosaic », as he calls it, in the areas of Minimal and Conceptual Art, Arte Povera and Land Art. Today, the Marzona Collection has more than 1000 works — paintings, sculptures, installations, drawings, projects, films, photographs as well as a unique archive of posters, invitations, artist´s books and other publications — and belongs among the most extensive and important of its kind. It includes works and documents from artists such as Bruce Nauman, Carl Andre, Donald Judd, Richard Long, Mario Merz, Sol LeWitt, Dan Graham, On Kawara, Dan Flavin, Lawrence Weiner and a number of other extraordinary protagonists of this exceptionally creative artistic period of social and political change.
